Michael Stephen Crummley, 69, of Mount Carmel, Illinois, passed away Monday, April 8, 2024, at home. He was born on September 25, 1954, in Christopher, Illinois, the son of Harriet Demaret. He married Cynthia "Cindy" Noel on October 21, 1978, and they celebrated forty-five years of marriage centered around their big, beautiful family.
Mike worked in construction for over forty years at Kieffer Brother's Construction Company and was a member of the Operating Union of Engineers. He was a member of the Moose Lodge, Mt. Carmel Eagles Aerie 3066, a Fourth Degree Member of the Knights of Columbus, and a member of St. Mary Catholic Church. Mike was instrumental in helping to build the Dee White Baseball Field in Mt. Carmel. He was a St. Louis Cardinals fan and enjoyed attending games with his family and friends.
