Donald Wayne Kennard, 88, of Mt. Carmel, Illinois, passed away on May 18, 2024, in Oakview Heights. He attended Mt. Carmel High School. In order to honor his memory, donations can be made to the 4-H Wabash County Youth Exhibition.
