Patricia E. "Patty" Potts, 65, of Mount Carmel, Illinois, passed away on Wednesday, July 3, 2024 at Deaconess Gateway in Newburgh, Indiana. She was born on September 6, 1958, in Mount Carmel, IL, the daughter of Robert and Allene (Higgins) Potts.
Patty will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother and sister. Her fondest times in life were spent with family and watching her granddaughters play. Patty had an unbreakable bond with her sisters. She was a dedicated employee for Penske where she worked as a forklift operator. In her free time, Patty enjoyed cooking, reading a good book or watching her favorite shows. Patty will be missed by her family and friends.
Patty will be remembered by her two sons, Jordan (Danielle) Jones, Jason Batchelor; one daughter, Stephanie Batchelor; two granddaughters, Leah Ham, and Aubryanna Jones; father, Robert (Carolyn) Potts; two sisters, Debbie Potts and Lori (Jonathan) Wilbourne; many loved nieces, nephews and cousins.
