Robert Dale "Bob" Deisher, 89, of Mount Carmel, Illinois, passed away on Friday, January 31, 2025 at Wabash General Hospital with his loving family by his side. He was born on November 26, 1935 in Bone Gap, Illinois, the son of Herbert and Edna Ula (Murphy) Deisher. He faithfully served his Country in the United States Army. Bob married Janice Doty on June 21, 1957 and together they enjoyed sixty-seven years of marriage centered on their family.
Bob will be remembered as a loving husband, father and grandfather who treasured time with his family. He had a passion for woodworking and took great pride in crafting a beautiful cradle for each of his boys when they welcomed their first children into the world. Bob was deeply involved in the Boy Scouts, serving as leader for over fifteen years where he made a lasting impact on many young lives.
